An update from the practice – June 2017

In May we had new bespoke security doors fitted to our reception area. These doors have been installed as an added level of physical security to protect your confidential information.  Even though we had the doors fitted in May, we have had a number of comments about the loss of the coat and umbrella stand due to the folding nature of the doors and some inclement weather! Sadly we cannot promise good weather for the for coming summer but we have taken your comments to heart and will be installing a new coat rack and umbrella stand very soon!

When the practice is closed please either leave a message on the practice answer phone or drop us an email at reception@paulsmithdentalcare.co.uk We will respond to your messages on the first day of re-opening.  For our annual closure dates please see below. There will be a member of the team available to take calls and respond to messages and emails on the dates specified below during our closure dates in July 2017.

Please be aware there will be a member of staff available to take your call, answer your telephone messages and emails on the mornings of Tuesday 4th July and Monday 10th July 2017

Friday 1st September to Friday 8th September 2017

For emergencies, during annual leave, Robin Smith Dental Practice will provide cover for registered patients of Paul Smith Dental Care.
